Thanks to our true virtual queuing technology, customers reserve a ride on their device, allowing them to enjoy the rest of the park whilst the Q-bot virtually queues for them. Your attraction customers have a choice of the Q-bot service levels they pay for.
REGULAR: An entry service level, and the cheapest of the products, customers wait the same length of time as the actual queue length but not in line. The Q-bot queues virtually for them allowing the customer to enjoy the rest of the attraction.
PREMIUM: Customers on the Premium service level reduce their wait times by 50% The Q-bot virtual queues for them and when it's their turn to ride let's them know. Customers then jump on the ride having waited only half of the normal ride queue wait time.
ULTIMATE: Customers on the Ultimate service level reduce their wait time by up to 95% allowing them almost instant access to the reserved ride.
As well as the benefits that virtual queuing brings your guests, the Q-bot also allows you to communicate ride breakdowns and closures. The result; guest satisfaction is increased and you drive new revenues to your bottom line.

Recognising the unique set of challenges associated with virtual queuing in water parks, Q-band is our Award Winning virtual queuing solution for water parks.
Using a waterproof RFID wristband, customers reserve their favourite slide at a touchscreen kiosk. Their Q-band then displays the slide number and a wait time Once the wait time has counted down to zero, it's time to ride and they jump straight on.
Add cashless payment and access control features and you've got a product that increases guest satisfaction and your revenue.
